Job Description:

Assists High-Level Leader on the shift by assigning tasks, giving breaks, and helping with training.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION

• Set the example, the pace, and the attitude of the shift.

• Execute all you do, the Chick-fil-A way.

• Be a team player.

• Meet the goals required by this position.

• Be a protector and promoter of food safety.

• Accountable to Senior Team Leader/Director.

• Perform disciplinary actions.

• Provide mentoring and coaching.
